Payment Methods

By card via Authorization letter

We accept VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS We send you the payment agreement form (authorization letter), which you fill in, sign, scan and send us back by mail. According to this agreement we charge your card for the amount stated in the agreement. This process is most secure and confidential.

By card via ASSIST payment system

You can pay the order online via the Assist system by means of cash cards (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, Diners Club, American Express, the WORLD) and e-wallets (WebMoney, Yandex.Money, QIWI-wallet, from the account of the mobile phone operators MTS, Megafon, Beeline, Tele2).

Payment security is ensured by using the TLS protocol when transmitting confidential client information to the Assist server. Further transfer of information is carried out through closed banking networks of the highest degree of protection. The processing of confidential client data received in encrypted form (card details, registration data, etc.) is performed at the processing center. Thus, no one, not even the seller, can obtain personal and bank customer data, including information about his purchases made in other stores.

Cancellation terms

Group Excursions

  • 100% of the contracted amount will be refunded for all cancellation requests received up to 10 days prior to the cruise departure date.
  • 80% of the contracted amount will be refunded for all cancellation requests received 7 to 9 days prior to the cruise departure date.
  • 50% of the contracted amount will be refunded for all cancellation requests received 2 to 6 days prior to the cruise departure date.
  • Cancellation requests submitted within 48 hours prior to the cruise departure cannot be processed with the exception of force majeure circumstances

Individual shore excursions.

  • 100% of the contracted amount will be refunded for all cancellation requests received up to 15 days prior to the cruise departure date.
  • 80% of the contracted amount will be refunded for all cancellation requests received 7 to 14 days prior to the cruise departure date.
  • 50% of the contracted amount will be refunded for all cancellation requests received 2 to 6 days prior to the cruise departure date.
  • Cancellation requests submitted within 48 hours prior to the cruise departure cannot be processed with the exception of force majeure circumstances
